My youngest son turned two years old and I wanted to MAKE his cake a little special other than just purchasing it at the bakery...I felt very ambitious but I didn't actually have the time to run home after a long day at work and bake one from scratch. I picked up the kids favorite ready made cakes from the grocery store and carved out his all time favorite thing in the world...A Truck! To be perfectly honest, it was supposed to be a train but the truck was much easier and faster to make! This was a very inexpensive way to personalize a cake for a cute, lucky toddler.
